Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits 10 biscuits
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- onion finely chopped
- 3 slices bacon chopped
- cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 ounces cheddar cheese chopped into 10 squares
- 1 egg white
- Sesame seeds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large pan, brown ground beef, bacon, and onion until cooked through. Drain any grease.
- Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Roll each biscuit out very thin. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each biscuit and add one square of cheddar cheese. Wrap the biscuit around the beef and cheese, ensuring the edges are tightly sealed.
- Place the biscuits on a parchment-lined baking pan seam side down. Brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350F and bake the bombs for 13-16 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
