Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

These Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are a delightful twist on a classic cheeseburger, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a snack, appetizer, or even a fun dinner option!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits 10 biscuits
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • onion finely chopped
  • 3 slices bacon chopped
  • cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese chopped into 10 squares
  • 1 egg white
  • Sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a large pan, brown ground beef, bacon, and onion until cooked through. Drain any grease.
  3. Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Roll each biscuit out very thin. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each biscuit and add one square of cheddar cheese. Wrap the biscuit around the beef and cheese, ensuring the edges are tightly sealed.
  5. Place the biscuits on a parchment-lined baking pan seam side down. Brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 350F and bake the bombs for 13-16 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
