This quick and easy Chow Mein Noodles with Chicken recipe is perfect for busy weeknights. Made with ramen noodles, tender chicken, and a savory sauce, this dish is both flavorful and satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 5 packets of ramen noodles seasoning packet discarded
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 10 oz package shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen according to the time on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, swirling to coat.
