Ingredients:
- 2 blocks cream cheese 8 ounces each, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- Crackers for serving club crackers, bread, or pita chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the cream cheese, garlic powder, and sour cream. Add in cup crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, and shredded parmesan.
- Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish or an 8×8-inch pan.
