Creamy BLT Dip

This Creamy BLT Dip is a deliciously rich and savory appetizer that combines all the classic flavors of a BLT sandwich into a warm, cheesy dip. Perfect for parties and gatherings, its topped with crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce, making it an irresistible crowd-pleaser when served with crackers, bread, or pita chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 blocks cream cheese 8 ounces each, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • Crackers for serving club crackers, bread, or pita chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the cream cheese, garlic powder, and sour cream. Add in cup crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, and shredded parmesan.
  3. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish or an 8×8-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly on the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
