Creamy Tuscan Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces penne pasta uncooked
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • cup sun-dried tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, add the sausage. Cook and crumble until it is no longer pink, then set aside on a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken.
