– 1 10.5-ounce can French Onion Soup

– 1 cups rice uncooked

– 3 cups beef broth

– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 2-ounce packet Lipton Onion Soup mix

– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

– 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

– 1 cup fried onions

Directions:

  1. Prepare Crockpot:

– Coat the inside of the crockpot with cooking spray.

  1. Layer Ingredients:

– Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Add the sliced onion, French onion soup, rice, beef broth, and Lipton Onion Soup mix. Stir gently to combine.
