Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the racks of ribs on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Cover the ribs tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
- Remove the foil from the ribs and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush the ribs with additional sauce from the baking sheet and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
