Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely grated
- cup sugar
- cup mayonnaise
- cup buttermilk, well shaken
- cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon black pepper
- 8 cups or 1-16 ounce bag coleslaw cabbage, finely diced
- cup carrot, shredded omit if using bagged coleslaw mix
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together onion, sugar, mayonnaise, buttermilk, whole milk, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Add coleslaw cabbage and shredded carrot if using to the bowl. Mix until the cabbage is evenly coated with the dressing.
