Pickle Slushy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 packet fruit punch Kool-Aid
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar to taste
  • Pickle slices for garnish
  • Tajín or additional sugar for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

  1. Measure out 1 cup of pickle juice.
  2. Fill 2 cups with ice.
  3. Have your packet of fruit punch Kool-Aid ready.
  4. Optionally, slice a few pickles for garnish and set them aside.

Blend the Slushy:

  1. In a blender, combine the pickle juice and ice.
  2. Add the packet of fruit punch Kool-Aid to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.

Sweeten the Slushy:

  1. Taste the slushy mixture. If desired, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting to taste.
  2. Blend again to mix in the sugar thoroughly.

Serve the Slushy:

  1. Pour the slushy mixture into cups.
  2. Top with pickle slices for garnish.

Add Garnish:

  1. Sprinkle Tajín or additional sugar on top of the pickle slices, if desired, for an extra burst of flavor.
