Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini
- cup low-carb pizza or tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- cup Parmesan cheese
- Pizza toppings as desired
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside.
- Slice zucchini into ” thick rounds and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top each zucchini slice with a small amount of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of oregano, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the zucchini is tender. Then, broil for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
